About Lyza:
Lyza Saint Ambrosena began as a healer in 1990. By channeling energy through her hands and body Lyza unlocks the body’s energy systems enabling us to heal old mindsets, release grief, patterns and habits of self sabotage and anger. Learn to reconnect with your innate powerful potential for happiness, success, loving relationships, psychic abilities and health.

Lyza began her journey as a therapist when as a young child she was able to feel the physical and emotional pain of others and learned that she had the ability to heal this with touch and compassion.

She learned Reiki at 19, while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, majoring in Psychology and Women’s Studies. Declining her invitation to become a clinical psychologist, Lyza took a more integrated approach to therapeutic healing that still holds today, believing that “true healing and transformation must occur body, mind & soul” Learn more.
