We are more than this body. Our two-hour session of restorative yoga and meditation will assist you to go beyond your body and what you think you know and assist you to disconnect from this three-dimensional reality and reconnect to something greater, scientists now call it the Quantum field.

This scientifically measurable Quantum field is a realm of infinite possibilities. The Quantum (or unified field) is an invisible field of energy and information- you could say it is a field of intelligence or consciousness – that exists beyond space and time. Nothing physical or material exists there. It’s beyond anything you can perceive with your senses. This unified field or energy and information are what governs all the laws of nature. Scientists have been working to quantify this process so we can more fully understand it, and they are discovering more and more all the time (Reference from the book “Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza).

Restorative Yin Yoga – Tristan St Leon will lead us through an hour of Restorative Yin Yoga to relax you

Meditation – Cameron Monley will guide us through an hour of meditation to assist you to go within.

Restorative Yin Yoga relaxes the body and mind and opens the meridian flow of the body preparing the chakras and psyche for a greater deeper meditative experience.

Allow and Let go with Yin Yoga. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with floor based postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. For beginners, each position may be relaxed into from 45 seconds to two minutes, and more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

Cameron sees many benefits of personal tranformation from practising Yin Yoga. “On many occasions during Yin Yoga, I’ve melted through periods of gentle discomfort in the pose before I break through into an expanded feeling of bliss. Letting go of thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve me as my body relaxes deeply and opens.

Lyza, as a holistic medical intuitive and energy healing therapist, sees the deep emotional benefits when her clients partake in restorative yoga which include;

I have invited Tristan St Leon, one of my favorite Fireshapers Oxenford Instructors to facilitate the Yin Yoga for us on the day. With an array of knowledge and desire to share, Tristan prides himself on bringing a flare or spark to the mat you haven’t seen. This spark is a reminder of his training and many hours spent creating a more luminous light for you.

I believe Yin to be the most healing of practices, as it works from the inside out, ensuring you work within yourself and create a more opened outer self, gently dismantling inner distress over time.

• Yoga Mat
• Water Bottle
• Bolster and Yoga Blocks ( If you dont have them they will be otherwise supplied )
• A light blanket – (to lay over you while resting for meditation)
• Scarf (If you meditate upright)
