Music with Julie Hayes: Her musical roots of folk and rhythm stem from a culture as old and timely as the misty mountains. In 2002 an innocent back-packing adventure to Australia became the stepping stone Julie longed for to create a new life, a new direction with all roads leading to roaming a musical landscape with no limits. Originally from Melbourne, Kel moved to the Gold Coast almost 20 years ago in search of great weather and to follow her love of diving and the ocean. A career that she pursued and lived for over 15 years. During this time she practised her other passion of yoga on a regular basis, but the driving force to shift to teach happened through the meeting with one of the senior teachers at the studio she practised at that inspired her to share yoga with all those around her.

Kel took the leap of faith to do her 200 hr teacher training in 2015 under the guidance of the Fire Shaper team. The mentoring and guidance that the Fire Shaper team has provided has enabled her to accelerate her own practice, gaining knowledge and confidence beyond where she ever thought possible. This has allowed her the opportunity to continue studying and complete 100 hr Flow and 50 hr Yin teacher training programs, as well as further study under Noah Maze’ from Yogamaze’ based in LA, USA.

For Kel yoga has created the opportunity and space to question preconceived limitations or belief systems we have placed on ourselves. It is redefining the possible. A place to heal and a place to let go. Cameron Monley  will lead us through meditation, to reconnect deeply within to your infinite self. A highlight of the retreat, for some who havn’t meditated for a while, or who have never meditated, Cameron shares his simple techniques to reconnect with your inner sanctuary, your peace and bliss. Breathe.

Your hosts Cameron and Lyza have run over 300 heart opening events through their INFINITE CONNECTION EVENTS including retreats, meditation evenings, gatherings with multiple guest presenters from all over the world. They teach Mens and Womens circles, healing circles and sacred energy teachings.

Their presence is infectious with the spirit of love, goodwill and fellowship. Each of them will be teaching on the weekend retreat offering heartwarming wisdom and tools to ignite your spirit and guide you into expanding your own re-connection with your own Source of light, love and wellbeing that we all share.

Lyza is an experienced International Healer, Mentor, Teacher and Soul Guide and Cameron’s background includes 20 years in the outback as a policeman in aboriginal communities and as an entrepreneur in the Health and Wellbeing sector, he now gives back through his events and mens work and has worked to bring Communities together for over 20 years.
