Our body is a receiver of information that feels and registers everything. Rebuild the connection between body, heart and voice in gentleness and experience singing from your whole being while developing your intuitive listening ability. Allowing the voice to emerge with no force and no expectation brings us self-connection, supporting us to be all that we are. If we tune into what is happening within our body as it receives and expresses sound frequencies we begin to explore the reality of sound and healing.
